The beach is a popular spot for seals and their pups to rest, making it a draw for Orcas as well. From Seattle You can try whale watching from the shore at Alki Beach in West Seattle, just a short drive or water taxi trip away from downtown. Please note that cash payments are still accepted. Bring warm layers, binoculars, and a camera.

  • Contactless options will still be available, such as submitting digital waivers and prepayments.
  • Cleaning and sanitization protocols are still in place at check-in and on board our shuttles and vessels.
  • Masks will be optional for both staff and passengers in our office, shuttle, and on our vessels.

The port of Galilee in South County, is no exception. We are very pleased to say that we had safe and successful 2020/2021 whale watching seasons, with all things considered. Whale Watching occurs in many ports in and around New England. We have developed and implemented enhanced health and safety protocols that will ensure the safety, confidence, and exceed the expectations of our employees and our guests.
